Where ideas take shape
Great design freedom for complex components
In rotational molding, we rely on a process that was specially developed for large, complex and seamless hollow parts. Thanks to uniform material distribution, a high degree of freedom of form and many years of experience, even complex geometries and individual customer requirements can be reliably realized.
Our possibilities
We have modern, high-performance carousel systems that enable efficient and high-quality rotary production. Our systems can produce parts of very different sizes: from the size of a coffee cup to a tractor cab. The modern machinery makes it possible to produce even large orders on time in consistently high series quality and to bridge even bottlenecks optimally.
Products in rotation
The rotational molding process offers a wide range of options for designing plastic parts in such a way that the best properties are adapted to the application. Rotational molding can be used to produce single-walled components. For example, a component can be produced with different colors for the inside and outside. We can also foam your plastic components to achieve an insulating property.

Series production in excellent quality
In the rotation process, the rotational mold filled with powder material is moved (rotated) biaxially at approx. 300 °C in the melting furnace chamber. During this movement, the melting plastic powder is distributed on the inner walls of the mold and the wall thickness is evenly distributed. The amount of powder varies the wall thickness. This process produces a seamless hollow plastic body consisting of one part without any stretched areas. Gravitational force alone is used during the entire rotational molding process, which is why this process is also known as the pressureless process.
Post-processing in rotational molding
Shortly after the products have been removed and cooled down, their post-processing begins: burrs are carefully removed, openings are cut out and the surface is treated according to the production specifications – for example by flame smoothing. Ultimately, this always shows that conscientious preparatory work pays off. Depending on the customer’s requirements, further work is also possible during these work steps, ranging from CNC milling and pre-assembly or complete assembly of the end product to the application of customer-specific lettering.
Tools for the rotation process
We develop and design rotational molds in-house and manufacture the CNC-milled aluminum molds ourselves. For aluminium casting moulds, we work together with long-standing partners and use the latest process-optimized technologies. Meeting quality and deadline requirements plays a major role here. Depending on your ideas and specifications, we select the ideal mold type for your project:
- CNC-milled aluminum molds
- Aluminum casting molds (Cast)
- Prototype molds
- Sheet steel molds
