Where ideas take shape

Efficient plastics production

We offer plastic packaging for the food and non-food sectors made from high-quality materials. Our focus is on packaging light to very light components. Depending on the concept, heavy components can also be packaged. We also offer hinged, sliding, skin or HF packaging as standard.

Our possibilities

Our modern and efficient systems enable optimum production in the roll thermoforming process. Our systems can produce parts of very different workpiece sizes: from the size of a pin to a maximum of half a pallet. Our modern machinery makes it possible to produce even large orders on time in consistently high series quality and to optimally bridge even bottlenecks. We process films from 0.2 to 2 mm thick.

Products in the roll thermoforming

We offer all stages of product development: from the concept and initial sketches to the complex, coherent design, including several modules, to the model “to touch”. In close dialogue with you, the design details are optimized with regard to their feasibility and material properties. In this way, we achieve the best possible functionality, which is always combined with an innovative design. Of course, existing data can also be transferred directly from the customer and processed further. Data can be transferred using a secure Odette interface, online or by data carrier.

Fast and flexible

From the large rolls, the film is guided along the edges of the film web in so-called rail chains. The still hard, cold film is fed into the forming machine and then passed through in cycles. The thermoplastic materials are first heated and then drawn into a mold by vacuum. In the case of positively drawn parts, the side facing away from the mold forms the visible side and the inside is dimensionally defined. With negatively drawn parts, on the other hand, the mold side is the visible side and the outside is dimensionally defined.

  1. Heating
  2. Deep drawing in the mold with the cooling phase
  3. Punching
  4. Ejection/ stacking

Tools for roll thermoforming

We develop and design roll thermoforming tools in-house and manufacture CNC-milled aluminium moulds ourselves using the latest process-optimized technologies. Meeting quality and deadline requirements plays a major role here. Depending on your ideas and specifications, we select the ideal mold type for your project.

  • CNC-milled, directly cooled aluminum moulds
  • CNC-milled, indirectly cooled aluminum moulds
