Our customer Frei AquaService AG is committed to products made in Switzerland. This influenced the decision to have us manufacture a new softener cabinet in Switzerland.
We supported Frei AquaService AG from the design and feasibility study through to series production. Our design department took over the CAD data that had already been created internally, checked it and added production-related adjustments. This enables us to react quickly and flexibly to customer requests. This also enables us to respond to customer-specific requirements in detail and to present design adaptations in a comprehensible manner.
Another important step is tool production. We attach great importance to producing high-quality tools, as this has a direct influence on the quality of the end products. It is therefore not worth making compromises here. After the pre-series and acceptance by the customer, series production begins and the housings for the water softeners take shape.
The water softeners in the Fawa Soft line are based on ion exchange. They provide water quality with many positive properties:
- Prevention of limescale deposits in water pipes
- No limescale stains on shower walls and fittings
- Saving detergent
Frei AquaService AG consistently uses high-quality materials such as unmixed, recyclable plastics and components from qualified suppliers and partners. This not only guarantees the reliability of spare parts for years to come, but also ensures rapid availability if required. Recycling continuously improves the CO2 balance. This is also an important concern that we at Grütter Kunststoff + Formen AG implement wherever possible in all our projects
